What happens before, during, and after your SG Consultant Visit with Student Leader’s Butch Oxendine?

1. Sign contracts
You reserve a visit time and date and complete contract.
2. Pre-visit consultation
Through conference calls, e-mails, mail, faxes, and other phone calls, we will learn about your problems and will work on solutions prior to arriving.
3. Research
■ In advance of coming to your campus, we will research your institution, learn about your SG, its image, and its history, and will understand what problems you’re facing before arriving.
■ We will correspond with other key players at your institution, including administrators, the student press, and the leaders of other major campus organizations and groups.
■ A week before the visit, we will confirm the agenda.
■ The day before the consultant visit, we will confirm the topics and any last-minute ideas to be covered.
4. In-depth consultation
During your consultant visit, we will be at your disposal at any time, day and night, in group meetings or in private sessions. We also will lead workshop sessions, if desired.
5. Formal “Consulting Report” in writing
One week after the consultant visit, we will mail a formal consulting report outlining our recommendations for solutions to problems discussed during the visit. We will offer two hours of phone consultation to expound on the report.
6. Bonus post-visit consultation
After the visit, we will agree to a final hour of consulting time by phone and/or e-mail.

FEES
■ CONSULT AT YOUR SCHOOL

One-Day On-Site Visit
During and after the visit, Butch Oxendine will consult for as many as nine hours with you and your team privately, addressing your specific issues and giving you specific ideas and solutions. Butch also will lead as many as three hour-long break-out workshops. And lastly, post-visit, he will produce a detailed written report outlining specific suggestions. The One-Day Consultant Visit includes these benefits:

■ TOTAL OF 9 HOURS OF CONSULTING GUARANTEED
Includes four hours of private consulting during the visit, two hours of pre-visit, two hours of post-visit, and one hour of follow-up
■ Three one-hour workshops on subjects of your choice, including all handouts and materials
■ Detailed written consulting report with recommendations
■ Also includes five signed, complimentary copies of Butch Oxendine’s books, Poster Secrets: How & Where to Hang Flyers On Your Campus and So You Want to Be President…How to Get Elected on Your Campus (a $75 value)
■ Complimentary 5-copy, one-year subscription for your SG to Student Leader magazine (a $69 value)

Consultant Fee: $4,950, plus transportation, accommodations, and incidentals. Mr. Oxendine always flies coach to keep your costs down.

Two-Day On-Site Visit
The Two-Day On-Site Visit includes all of the services of the One-Day On-Site Visit plus these additional benefits:

■ TOTAL OF 13 HOURS OF CONSULTING GUARANTEED
Includes eight hours of private consulting, two hours of pre-visit, two hours of post-visit, and one-hour of follow-up
■ Five one-hour workshops on the subjects of your choice
■ Total of 10 signed copies of Oxendine’s books (a $150 value)
■ Complimentary 10-copy, one-year subscription for your SG to Student Leader (a $114 value)

Consultant Fee: $6,450, plus transportation, accommodations, and incidentals.

■ CONSULT IN GAINESVILLE

One-Day Gainesville Visit
Come to Gainesville, Florida, Butch Oxendine’s base of operations. Includes all of the services from the One Day On-Site Visit plus these additional benefits:

■ Lodging and meals for four at Gainesville’s Doubletree Hotel next to the University of Florida campus
■ Tour of Student Leader magazine’s offices, if desired

Consultant Fee: $2,500 (this is $2,450 off the normal $4,950 fee*)

Two-Day Gainesville Visit
Includes all of the services from the Two Day On-Site Visit plus these additional benefits:

■ Lodging and meals for four at Gainesville’s Doubletree Hotel next to the University of Florida campus
■ Tour of Student Leader magazine’s offices, if desired

Consultant Fee: $3,950 (this is $2,500 off the normal fee of $6,450*)

■ CONSULT BY PHONE

One-Day Phone Consultation
Includes all services from the One-Day On-Site Visit, excluding workshops, with the added benefit of eliminating transportation, accommodations, and incidentals expenses.

Consultant Fee: $1,900 (this is $3,050 off the normal $4,950 fee*)

Two-Day Phone Consultation
Includes all services from the Two-Day On-Site Visit, excluding workshops, with the added benefit of eliminating transportation, accommodations, and incidentals expenses.

Consultant Fee: $3,000 (this is $3,450 off the normal $6,450 fee*).
